Sometimes a guarantee is not what it seems to be – that's definitely something I was reminded of doing my review of bestreplicawatches.us! I checked their return policy carefully before ordering because I had my suspicions, and sure enough my Rolex replica DateJust arrived broken. But these guys are trying to talk their way out of refunding my money and I am not impressed.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
One look at this photo should give you an idea! The pin that you see at the right side of the picture is actually from a completely different watch and doesn't even come close to fitting properly. The other end of the band is loose too if you can believe that – it would come apart after wearing it once or twice. This Rolex replica weighs almost nothing; it doesn't feel anything like the real thing.
The Site: Usability and Design
Pretty average site, with some areas falling well below average. A number of prominent links just lead to blank pages, and the pictures all seem to be taken from other replica sites or sometimes they're of the authentic watches. Even their testimonials have been taken from other sites! In this case they didn't even bother to change the name of the site: “I have bought 3 ladies watches from sir-mgmt.com and all 3 are just beautiful!”
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
I'll vent about this more when I get to their return policy, but here's a preview: no! Their staff and service is awful.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
Three weeks to arrive is a bit below average, but that wouldn't bother me much if I were receiving good merchandise. Although my watch arrived in terrible condition I wouldn't blame the shipping company – the box was in fine condition.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable?
As I said, it looks very reasonable, but it's not what it appears. Even though they offer a 10 day guarantee for a refund, they say they can't accept it because I signed for the parcel! Can you believe that? I'm still fighting with them about this over email, and I'm just about fed up.
The Bottom Line
I'll let you know if I manage to get a refund from these guys, but it's not looking good. If nothing else, I hope my review of bestreplicawatches.us keeps other people from making the mistake of shopping with these crooks!
